A TALE OF TWO APPEAL, SAME FACTS, DIFFERENT OUTCOME

This page is only part of the overwhelming documented evidence that proves the extraordinary and extreme measures that the Eleventh Circuit has used to hide the misconduct and abusive behavior of Judge Donald L. Graham.

The Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, can and does use deeply "unpublished opinions" to undermine well established "rule of law".  "Unpublished opinions" are generally available on the Internet either through the Eleventh Circuit's website, or some other site.  However, the Eleventh Circuit has hidden or deeply buried opinions that are not ever released to the Internet or anybody else.  As a matter of fact, if you are not a party to the matter there is no way you can possibly inquire about a case that you don't know exists.  The Eleventh Circuit releases opinions everyday.

Having hid their unpublished opinions from public view, the Eleventh Circuit is now free to go about fixing cases around desired outcomes. This type of system is not only unfair to the parties, but to other federal judges as well.  What the web pages referenced below will prove that Judge Donald L. Graham has been affirmed on appeal, on multiple occasions, for the same time his colleagues at the Southern District of Florida and elsewhere have been reversed for.
